I wanted to change my ignition out and in doing so realized it was not compatible leaving me to manually wire the red and green and black and black with red stripe. After some time My throttle instrument panel failed mid transit after maybe 3-4 times repowering it finally failed to power up altogether. I measured the power coming into the panel and I get 60v and also the same on the ignition. My question is on diagnosing what failed on the instrument panel and also on what I necessarily have to purchase in order to get back to riding here are some photos for more clarification IMG_0184.jpeg

Did the system originally come with battery you're using now (same voltage)? Or is this a higher voltage replacement?

Some displays don't handle near or above 60v very well, or for very long. This can kill either the main voltage regulator in them, or the latching circuitry that keeps the controller turned on.

There are a number of variations of your display/throttle unit, see this thread for a few names. Scooter Controller AX-HB02 Not Detecting Battery Charge
My guess is that you'd have to replace that unit.

But it could have a broken wire (ground, or one of the serial wires, etc) so that even though you read voltage on the input voltage and switched output voltage wires, there's no reference for the display to know it's there, and/or there's no serial data to/from the controller so the display isn't able to talk to it and startup correctly.
