750c only lets me access speed limit in advanced settings

I had access to current limit poles etc when it i got it and ran the motor. When I installed it it came up with Error 08 and the Error 30. I reset defaults and now it comes up with dotted lines. This is a retrofit and have disconnected controller cable and motor cable (came up with a hall sensor error which it should) but no difference and PAS doesn't work but throttle does. Lost here if anyone can help thanks.

What happened between when it ran the motor and when the errors came up?

The only difference was connecting PAS sensor. I think by restoring defaults it stopped talking to the controller and needs to be programmed. I'll be sending it back thanks for helping.
