So I.bought super pedestrian scooters at on online auction, I can't do much with them, There motors chew them selves up by design with even. V-esc controllers, so the battery packs, I suggest you get a hi tech BMS if you want to use these in situ. Otherwise a great supply of 3200mAh LG genuine cells. $60ea I have 4 available. OBO if .71 a cell is too much for something like this.
 
I also have scrap.packs available at $5 plus $10 shipping of questionable in series packs but they're are a lot of good cells in they're they have been discharge a month and the BMS won't let me charge them up most sitting at 2.8 a cell, from lime scooters I got at auction (actual the like scooter motor modified to fit the super pedestrian scooters works with their brakes but be sure to change out to lime pads or shoes or whatever)

So, scrap pack of questionable quality, 14s6p, $15 shipped? Is that correct? If so, how many available?

Pics would be helpful, even if they're not pics of an opened pack.
