I got ahold of a 125cc Chinese dirtbike and have been converting it to electric recently, but I have had some adapto controller issues. Im running a 13kw peek lighting rods XL motor, with a 72v 10ah lipo battery (For testing, soon to be uprgraded), and a adapto controller.
I built a go-kart last year with the same everything, and it worked great, but the motor was in squarwave mode and it was not very smooth and a bit limited.
Now im moving on to the legacy of my dad GCinDC and I wanna do more biking and those sorts of things. Right now im just messing around with it and there is a hall error when i run autodetect... Also when I put the controller into sinewave mode the only hall offset it works at is 180 and i cant fine tune it as it goes up in increments of 60... At 180 Hall offset in sine wave, it is smooth up to a certain point then the motor sort of skips a little and makes funny noises (dont like that!) lol.
Can anyone help? I can show some photos or videos of the settings and sounds if anyone needs just lmk. Thanks!
