Hallo.
I have a problem with installing and connecting a BMS in my 72V Ebike with 24pcs. Headways cells type 40160.
I spend already 2 pcs. of the capacitor type http://www.evassemble.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=6&products_id=46
The 1st one was fried because of misconnection and the 2nd. one is not allowing the charger to charge the battery.
I do not want to buy 3rd. one of this type.
My question:
1) Does anyone know this bleeding type BMS and how it works ? http://www.bmsbattery.com/bmspcm/378-17s26s-24a-max-discharge-current-bms.html
2) Does anyone know another BMS of about similar price.
3) Any other good advise how to manage this problem is welcome.

PS. Charging without BMS is not an option as it is showing unacceptable difference in cell voltage (3.4 - 4.3V)
