I"ve come to the conclusion my 16s 38120 headway BMS is kapot after it drained cells and then after balancing was re-connected and when reading total volts at 55 would not turn motor when a similar battery pack does,
so should I go with
this..

which is the same as the not very old fizzled one
or this...

another option is $40 cheaper and similar to my robust older headway pack,
any advise is appreciated,
mark

I like this BMS because it has LEDs showing when each cell is in balance mode and I have had no problems for several years.

The price is right too. :D

Oh Yeah Zip, the battery is fine, all cells rock steady and balanced and will run the motor no probs, but it's a pain to charge just a 4 or 6 group at a time with the bc 168 charger unless there's another way
