Android and Iphone what apps?

I would like an app that integrates with my cycle analyst and google maps. I found this range estimator
http://maps.forum.nu/gm_driving_radius.html#
If the app could give an accurate estimate of range left and show you where you might get to, it could be very useful.

You could ask Justin , he's behind the CA .

Yeap He told me there were some people who have worked on it.
But I was more asking if there were some "official" program/data cable available. As I am a good geek such thing would have really interested me

im using iphone app cyctastic.

it maps the ride, monitors heart rate via ANT+ gives calories burned,
average speed, pace, elevation time and distance.

they have a dedicated website that uploads the data to, so you can share
the ride data with friends if you want.

it only has one bug at the moment. if a call or message comes in while the app
is running, it looses data communication with the ANT+ sensor.
the developer is aware of this flaw, and is currently working on a fix.
future versions will also support a speed / cadence sensor.

i have their iphone bike mount too. it is a water resistant mount that incorporates
the ANT+ receiver.

not exactly cheap, but money well spent in my opinion.

I've been using the app recently to map some rides. Does not yet provide any statistics, though that's from a lack of time to code it. In the attached map, I turned it off then on, resulting in the "leap" from one spot to another... Works surprisingly well though.

I'm at the point where I need to start prioritizing functionality, since the basics seem to work. Currently, the app only displays current speed. I think distance traveled and avg moving speed are the first additions to the live display. On the mapping end, I'd like to see the same stats for the entire trip.

On the post-ride mapping end of the software, I'm struggling to think what application would be most useful:
- figure out the fastest routes between two points from a subset of recorded tracks
- track exercise (app can work while walking or anything else)
- map off-road trails
- estimate energy used during a trip
- a feature to spam Facebook and encourage others to cycle/walk/whatever for health or "green" reasons (or maybe just piss them off, hehe)

Android Market, search "Forum Runner", Install/Run it, Click "New Arrivals", Select "Endless-Sphere.com"

Browse ES w/ android app! woohoo.

Haven't tried posting via it, or uploading images from the phone, but should be doable.

I actually was prompted about Forum Runner when I hit ES via phone this evening, so maybe there's been an ES update?

Anyway, same forum, easier on the eyes than opera mini..
