Thank you Victoria, I think we know the score
Remember to stop by and let us know as and when headway improves its product range :D

My experience with Headway was a good one. I wire transferred a bunch of money to them. They gave me a delivery time of 20 days and in just about 20 days, I had my cells. I've wired them into a pack and charged them, but I'm waiting for a motor for my Ninja 250, so they haven't been road tested yet.

Me too, Brad. The only slight problem I had was that my order got caught by the sudden change of shipping policy by EMS, which meant that the shipment was returned to Headway who then quickly re-shipped via UPS at no extra charge at all.

All round, I think Headway are OK to deal with. The only slight hassle is having to wire money via bank transfer, which is both slow and costly. A PayPal payment option, like Li Ping has for his packs, would make it easier to buy cells.
