Any help to identify this eScooter

I need debug cable for this ZK105 or pinout how to connect it to rs232. There are 2 companies that sell cheap scooters with minor issues and for spares is a good deal, but i wanna test is somehow. However they are unqualified to turn off the "security"of the scooters. Any ideas to bypass that ZK105 or maybe new controller need to be bought or anything in general, what type, manufacturer is this scooter etc. I am totally unfamiliar with this stuff. However i have electronic reapir skills. I repair ECU modules, Notebooks, PCs. Programming cars,trucks ECUs and modules....

Looks like an OKAI ES400D. A rental scooter. Here is a manual. I also found a Reddit about this scooter. Maybe this info can help you.

If the battery only has positive and negative charge and discharge ports coming from it then there may be no magic handshake needed to power on the battery. Meaning, you can get the scooter working if you get a new controller and display.

Is the display neccesary ? I'm thinking only for controller, but what about the ZK105 IOT, Is it required or , with new controller that is not needed?
