Anyone use these batteries before? ICR-18650H MOLI

I landed enough to make a battery but I'm not having good results with discharge test. All of them will charge to 4.2. Discharge at .5A maybe 300mah (to 3.0V). I know the Max discharge 5A. I know some of these are new. I'm using the B6AC.

Thanks. I just haven't had any luck with these. I'm discharge others the same way and there fine. Just a really low discharge......
