Aotema brush holder

Does anybody know where I can get the round brush holder for an Aotema motor or have an old motor laying around for parts. I got a new lifepo4 battery today and melted the brush holder going up a long steep hill. I've taken the hill before with the lead-acid batteries(48v 12ah) but the new battery has 20ah. Tim

I never saw the aotema holder sold, but the crystalyte one can be used. Pretty much copies of the same design.

It used to be avalible in some places, It's electric, Ebikes ca. But those brushed motors are dinosaurs now. Bad time for you to try to upgrade the motor, I bet you are broke after buying lithium. I'll do a little dig, and see if my old melted aotema brushed has brush holder still good. I know the brushes are toast. I don't recall if it ruined the holder or not, it was nearly 4 years ago.

Long shot try Java Cycles here in GA or Bernson EV they used to sell them not listed on the site but I have purchesed one from Javacycles personally but it was 2+ years ago. Crystalyte brush holders also fit Wilderness Energy motors.

thanks for the info. I found a Crystalyte sparrow brush holder. Looks the same, so i'll order one
