Beats the ebay packages with sla's. What's the rub? 200 for shipping? It seems like that ought to cost at least 7-8 hundred. Of course, the controller and batteries are easy to upgrade later.

I am thinking of ordering this and there does not really seem to be a rub. Shipping is $50-$80 for me but I am fairly local, will probably just do a pickup he is located in San Diego. It seems that he might just be trying to clear out inventory for whatever reason.
