ATV Votol EM100 Motor Configuration

Hi there.

I can't configure the ATV motor driven by VOTOL EM100 controller to run smoothly.
I put a video here:

I add the motor type, the controller plates and the controller settings from the app.

I tried everything: auto calibrate pole pole position, change the pole pairs, change settings of downhill...
What can go wrong ?

I also try to change the motor itself but the same...
