I recently had to get a new controller and bugger me getting everything tuned again has not gone as smoothly.
I have a 72v, 42ah, 3000watt motor and whilst it's 90% tuned, I have a few lingering issues. When I take off from a complete stop, the motor now has a vibration and makes a noise I guess similar to a mid drive motor. Once I am up to speed it goes away. Not exactly sure what settings I need to adjust to smooth it all out somewhat. Anyone got any thoughts?

This advice is not ASI specific but your symptoms sounds like motor hall sensor issues/misconfiguration.

I agree, it sounds like hall issues. Is your controller set to switch to sensorless if there is a hall fault? (motor features bit 1)
If so, you may need to turn that off for BACdoor to show a hall sensor fault.
