Bafang MAX drive?

So I recently came across references to the new MAX mid drive from Bafang:

These were shown at the Taichung Bike Week in early November, and are supposed to be shipping at the end of Q1. The MAX look like an OEM "system", to compete with the Bosch mid drive. (I haven't seen it confirmed anywhere, but it looks like it will require a custom frame.)

The motor itself is 350W, with maximum torque of 80Nm. What I found significant is the inclusion of a torque sensor.

So I'm wondering when we might see that torque sensor feature available in Bafang's BBS retrofit drives. Any insight or ideas? I'm guessing sometime in Q2...

I see there same square tapper as all one shot kit has. How do you replace it if integrated?
Well, I know for most people doesn't matter. If I wouldn't like my rasp so much, I'll buy it.

I think the first OEM bikes with the Max are due out Q1 next year. It is dearer than the BBS01/02 and aimed at bike manufacturers.
