Battery charged but not enabled 60v 18s10p 18650 help!

Hello

I have charged cell by cell this 16s10p 18650 doohan etanl battery because was not charging with its charger.. cells were 0.4 vol aprox... cells are now 3.9v stable so they are alñ 160 cells in good shape but bms does not allow to charge or discharge... what can be done in the board maybe or any trick fuse to reenable it? thks in advance

What were the symptoms when you tried using the charger?

Maybe disconnect the BMS completely from the battery for a little while and see if it resets?

Cells that have discharged to less than half a volt are permanently damaged. That pack will need more than the usual supervision and inspection from now on.

thk i will try, i will disconnect the BMS , i will remove the negative B- only (bottom side in the picture), is it ok?.

Also unplug the balance wires. The point is to cut power to the BMS, and you can't be sure which cells are being used to run it.
