Battery market in USA or Canada

The rules for send batteries in Usa / Canada from europe have recently change, and it's very difficult to send it from Europe to north America, so i search a compagny who can made LI-ION 36v 10S battery in USA or Canada for electric bike application.

Tell me if you have a contact for good compagny based in USA or canada who can built batteries and ship it in USA or Canada , for around 50 batteries / years .

Actually..no. I have had two good experiences buying from Dongguan Heyi New Energy co., LTD through Alibaba. My contact there was Lindy Chen...lindy@heyibattery.com. Each order quantity was one. I purchased prodecotech down tubes for $202US plus $74US shipping as opposed to $599 new or rebuilt stateside. Same battery

The roadblock in NA is liability issues, torts law and business insurance rates.

To overcome that, if were able to sell the completed packs via Ali / Banggood etc from a shell company in one of the China's

but actually (assemble and) dropship from a US location "under the radar"

you could then contract with any number of actual makers, not depend on just one individual.

Of course this would not be legal, but as a practical matter I think any other approach would be very difficult to arrange.
