I've got an automatic balance charger,

If i charge it up, it Will stop al 4.22 per cell, is this harmfull? Is this overcharging? Will it ruin my battery or short out its life?

Thanks!

Flush it in the toilet. Leave the building. Get an alibi.

... get anything to discharge it and watch it while you do, any esc will do. until you have something to discharge get it, store it in the bath tub or somewhere fire proof. but 98% it wont do anything. maybe do less charge cycles in future.

I hooked it up and discharged it on full throttle, once on 4.20 i hooked it up in series with to other 2s batterys(So 6s) it is now on 3.85v and the other 2 batterys also more or less.

get li-ion cells with custom BMS, and simple one plug charger and never again think about these evil thoughts again... then live happily ever after.

i've got 2 b4compact chargers, and i switched up the balance plug on accident.

It is acting normal now, is it still dangerous? Should i use it?

Bump

I am searching on the internet, but everyone is saying different things, and i trust you people more because of the heavy duty use.

Is my battery dangerous now? can i still use it? it is acting normal now.
it was half an hour overcharged because i had not anything laying beside me to discharge it.

thanks!

i know 4.22 is fine, but 1 pack did 4.45v

now it is acting normal. no voltage drops or problems whatsoever.

but is it safe to use now?
