Hello, I need someone who can help me please

I bought SAMSUNG 35E cells to rebuild my DERBY CYCLE 36V 13Ah battery, because I had little time to work.

After having done all the work, the battery does not work. and I do not know why.

The battery does not have voltage across the BMS, but if directly 41.2 v
Does anyone know how I can solve the battery problem?
thank you

First: what was the original problem that required cell replacement? (this may lead to finding the problem with the systme now)

Next: What are the individual cell (group) voltages, starting at the most negative cell, as measured at the wires where they connect to the BMS?

If any of them are too low the BMS will not enable it's output.

Next: attach images (not just links to images) to your post, using the attachments tab, of the pack as it is now, showing all of the connections between cells, and connections between cells and BMS. We might be able to see a problem that way.

It's also possible the cells were connected up to the BMS sense wires in the wrong order for that BMS, which can damage some BMSs.

Or that one or more of them are not connected (broken wire, bad connection, etc), which would also keep it from enabling it's output.

Alternately, you can look up the many other battery troubleshooting threads to see if any of the steps listed there help you fix yours.
