I'm not sure if there is something wrong with my BBS-02 or not. If I'm riding it and get on the throttle there is a clicking noise like a cassette freewheel. If I'm pedaling it there is a ping as a first start to pedal, before the chain starts to spin, but no clicking noise even with the motor working.

Here's some pics of the bike, and me riding it, but I dont have any video of the problem.

The clicking noise like a cassette freewheel is normal on throttle, as you usually don't turn the pedals when using throttle, and you can hear the one way clutch operating within the unit.

When you begin to pedal, I believe you are hearing the one way clutch engage, then disengage when you stop pedaling. It makes a single click sound. Has done this on mine since new and have ridden 1200 miles with no problems.

Oh man... You know I had the whole motor pulled apart when I came back to my computer and read this. Then I reassembled everything and got an error message. Turns out I unplugged a hall sensor. Everything is top notch now though and I threw a little grease on the final gear so it wasn't a total waste.

Thanks for the help.
