Hi,

Now, I used 3times my ebike with the C965 display and the BBS02.

I found out the number of kilometers of "Trip" wasn't ever reset.
I looked for on the C965 manual but I only found how to reset ALL data, not only trip.

Trip behaves like the Odometer...

Someone could tell me ?

Thank you.

If you are referring to the 'data cleanup' function as shown in 8.1 of the manual, then it will reset the trip, max speed, average speed and time.

It will not reset the total miles that you have traveled since installing the Bafang kit, and you cannot reset individual parameters.

Oh, it's a pity... it's bad for something called "Trip", means it's supposed to be "small" or at least changed often.
Thank you !

Well, it actually does what it's supposed to do. I reset the trip every time I go out for a ride. If I want to see how many miles I've traveled since I fitted the kit, then I just press the power button and it shows me at the bottom of the display.

The fact that it will reset the average speed, max speed and time at the same time doesn't really bother me, as I would want to reset these parameters every time anyway.

If you don't reset it to zero, then it will act as an odometer until you reset it, so I don't understand what you actually want the display to show you

Ok, you're right, I'll reset each time then.
Thank you !

I find the quickest and easiest way to reset the trip is to press +/- until the display changes. Then simply press the + button to show 'y' on the display.

Leave it alone for 10 seconds and the display will revert back to the normal PAS screen. Job done
