BBS02 Freewheels then engages

Having a problem with the motor freewheel while pedaling, then after a few minutes it will re-engage, I shut off the motor and cannot pedal still not engaged, checked the clutch looks to be fine, I lubed the Pawls, thinking they maybe stuck in the down position, any help would be appreciated, thanks!
