Morning,
Just installed a ASI BAC 855 to my fatbike with BBSHD, and getting really stuck in troubleshooting.
1. When throttling, motor randomly spins freely OR engages.
2. When driving it just cuts, or 'shaggers/fluctates' with the power.
3. It can drive maybe like randomly from 1 to 30 meters before it cuts power, independent on throttle level.
4. The eggrider v2 does not show the speed.
Been going over the wiring loom many times now but running out of ideas and internet searches, the build quality of the bbshd (inside soldering etc) is not checked, but think the hall and pas sensor should not give sutch behavior ?
Any ideas ? free beer to the right solution in the right direction
