If you think you're going to get a "huge diff" from ceramic bearings, tweeze your chin hairs first.

Heh. I'm glad we have backed down the level of violence from goring the rat to just plucking it's whiskers.

As a xooter and razor scooter owner I can corroborate, large hard polyurethane wheels roll better than small soft polyurethane wheels. Nothing to do with the bearings though. And scooters roll like crap compared to bikes.
