lipo4 es 20amp un 48v de la batería. es la parte de la conexión del cargador.

For most of us, this stuff comes with the numbers rubbed out, but somebody should know. Comeon guys, anybody got a signalab bms with the numbers still showing on the fets?

No way to tell from the pic alone, But:

That looks more like a voltage regulator than a FET.

I'm making a wild guess, but a 5 volt makes sense to drive the logic side of the circuit

That's the FET used to cut off charging when one of the cell groups exceeds 3.9V. Try a P75N75 or an IRFB4110 (Ping suggested the 75N75 when I asked him for a suitable upgrade component for high current charging). Either is probably overkill, but that seems to be the component that fails most often on these boards. Better safe than sorry.

I suggest you try a different store, P75N75 and IRFB4110 are the correct FET numbers.

The center leg on the package is the same as the tab on the back, so you can simply snip it off for your application.
