BioPlanet ebike [apparently a fraud attempt - see page 5 on]

HAL9000 has nothing but hero status on this forum by virtue of delivering high spec products reliably, at chinese prices.
Bioplanet, if you are going to try to discredit him you are a fool.

And furthermore if you think girls in bikinis are commodities best used to sell an item you are misogynistic idiot.

I also have my doubts about the Bioplanet USA account Tom. The meta-langauge is often broken english of proto-germanic structure common of former eastern bloc residents, where sentences such as "too bad such a nice website too we had planned" is just too stereotypical. What makes you think Kresimir isn't behind the US account?

Originating IP addresses were checked by the mods at my request. They appear to be distinctly different accounts unless Kresimir was smart enough to use a proxy server for Bioplanet-USA account (unlikely).
 
Or a friend or a cousin who's already in the US, and helping him emigrate to the US

The sad thing is that I really liked this bike, and liked the way that it was being presented. The product ticked all the boxes, and looked to have had good marketing potential. Such a shame. :(
 
Miles, could you or one of the other mods edit the first post of this thread to reflect the information we now have on the dishonest dealings of Kresimir Budinski, how he's ripped off our members here and others elsewhere and not to send this man money under any circumstances.
It can always be edited later on the off chance the company is turned around and becomes legit.

Currently this thread is the 3rd result that pops up on google when searching for "bioplanet bike"
Adding the BEWARE or SCAM or similar to the thread title would serve as a good warning to anyone searching for info on these bikes.
I'd hate to think others would come across this somewhat lengthy thread and think the bike is a good product if only reading the first few pages and end up scammed by this guy too.

I hope you will pursue your refund till the end, I just saw an ad in Croatian daily newspaper
with Bioplanet bike in main role. All I can say is that this ad is more expensive than the refund

there’s even his contact number and address and I see in today’s newspapers http://www.jutarnji.hr/bioplanet-bi...-a-proizvodnju-selimo-u-kaliforniju-/1113003/that he is being advertised and he claims that this bike is produced in two cities here in Croatia, in this ad he is claiming that he is moving his production in US (California), I wonder did he found some naive investors there who he will rob blindly, or he will smooch money from them and his "production" will never leave Croatia. Report him and his njuškalo ad in the first link I provided I just did, so admin on njuškalo can remove his ad, I’m sit and tired of guys like him, Croatia is full of this morons.

Someone should declare a Croatian reddit war against bioplanet. It could be the only way to stop this troll.
 
Apparently my message to the njuškalo Admin was successful, or people from US or Australia started to call him on his mobile phone that he provided on njuškalo and he removed his ad, long story short the ad is no more, he was selling his phantom bike for 23 k Kuna’s (3946.67 USD) and promoting it as the cheapest, lightest in few words top notch product :)
I hope that this guy will end up where he belongs, behind the bars

I've just posted a review highlighting the scam and suggesting a search to find this thread is in order.
The only other review is a 5 star rating saying how great it is, not surprisingly submitted by bioplanet themselves :roll:
If a few other people spread the word we can quickly make sure the only things people read about bioplanet are their fraudulent dealings
