Hey folks...

I'm wondering if any of you know the following dimensions for the stator on the 500-1000w BMC and MAC motors:

1) Total circumference of the stator.
2) Stator width w/o copper.
3) Stator width w/ copper width included.

May not be what your looking for , but the only measurements I could find.

I have been pushing 2-4k into a mac 8t for a while now.. bought 2 so i can part it out as stuff breaks.

Looking forward to seeing how your new motors do.

Thanks for trying, but that doesn't help ohzee :(.. the stator diameter and width are far smaller than the hub motor's dimensions in these geared motors. I've pulled a few mostly apart, just never went through the stator removal process.

Hoping someone here can chip in.

Also, stator dimensions of the 'can' scooter motors ( IE the 600w, 1000w, 1500w, 2000w MAC/BMC motors ) would be useful too.

The 2000w MAC so far is 135mm in circumference, 22mm stator, and including copper width, the stator is approx. 28mm wide.

I see now - sorry I actually have the 2nd motor apart. I have been painting the windings with insulating varnish.

135.06mm circumference
27.08mm measuring copper to copper
21.96mm w/o copper

This is an 8t from cell_man. I have an 8t from lyen which seems identical as I have swapped parts with no issues.

I even have an extra stator on top of those 2 mac's - I really plan on seeing what I can do with these.

It's in a urbancommuter mid kit so a little different then pushing it in a wheel.

Well, there goes my day. I have more copper width than you, by 1mm. The stator of this motor is identical. I don't see how this is a 2000w rated motor.

I will weigh the motor now to see if i got the right one :/
