Bode Industries MC245 Electric Quad 60V

Hello,

I just picked up a Chinese manufactured, BODE industries MC245 four wheeler quad. I bought it with a bad 60V lithium battery pack. I had a new 63V nominal pack built using Molicel P42 cells. The battery has a lot of potential and while the quad is fun to ride it can use some more power. The controller seems to be the limiting factor. After some research it appears this is a basic golf cart setup with an AC motor and a Chinese controller which is not adjustable or programmable. I'm not sure how many amps the controller is setup for but my pack can do 350A continuously and 550A peak. I tried some data logging using my ANT BMS app it appeared the battery was putting out 200-250A at periods of time. I have full adjustability on my BMS. Anyone know where I could find a wiring diagram or have had an experience with this quad or seen this type of setup before?

I also have an Enpower Controller 60V that I ordered from Ebay but when I plugged it in, I am not getting any power to the motor when I use the thumb throttle. I've included a picture of the motor, controller and quad. Last photo is the new controller.
