Bosch PowerPack 400 BMS

Hi All,

I posted a while back about needing a Bosch Powerpack 400 for a friends ebike battery. The current BMS is water damaged and no longer functions even after replacing several chips on the board.

Does anybody have a spare BMS lying around (or even a whole battery) that I could purchase? It would be really great to fix this battery as its only had a couple of miles put on it!

Everything I have seen anywhere on these units states that the BMS self-destructs when disconnected from the battery, absolutely ZERO replacement parts available, also some statements that motor and/or controller and/or display will not work with any other battery, so your friend needs to purchase a truly exceptionally expensive replacement battery from Bosch and only Bosch.

The word is PROPRIETARY, it is a hateful, evil word and should be avoided whenever possible, the reasons why this is so are something your friend is about to learn.

PTUI on Bosch, PTUI I say. May the fleas of a thousand camels (each) infest in the crotch(es) of the greedy mofos who decided to implement this scheme.
