Brushless Motor Explodes at 8639 RPM

Awesomely small motor.

But I see only 2 wires going to it

But I don't see any brushes either. Perhaps the thing on top is the control circuit.

Ah. I read more. its a single phase brushless motor.
There's a linked video of that thing powering a 0.39 gram 2 channel plane!
