CA hex file for parameters - how to convert to pdf, csv, etc.

I just purchased the CA3 and am trying to get understanding of the parameters. I am hoping there is some way to covert the *.hex file into txt, csv, pdf, so that I can save, print, put in excel or numbers - has anyone been able to do this? is there a utility somewhere? thanks much!
