CA problem

I have CA version 2

it was ok until 3 week ago i use reg break on long hill. On the end of hill CA was show 0 ,6 A consumption. i change all electrolitic capacitors in controler. still the same . I cut + and - from batery- after shunt so nothing remain connectedexcept CA and still showing some current as 0 , 6 0,3...or something. its change value after throttle sometimes . finaly i disconect + from CA and on that way reset CA and all was ok for a while then start again.

Shunt is 0,25 mili ohmand batery 48v lifepo4

Dors anyone had similar problem or any idea what is is wrong??

Fixed what I think might have been wrong with my CA last night, but waiting for dawn to see if it worked.

If what I had was the same thing, it's poor connections of the small wires to the shunt. I just replaced the shunt, and hope there is no issues with the wire itself.

Yup, that fixed it. Don't know if my problem was in the epoxy, or in the point where the wire enters it, which was coming apart.

If you chip away the epoxy, you should be able to salvage the shunt, and re do the soldering. I just had a new shunt handy for mine.

The CA manual shows which little wire goes where.

i have big shunt not in epoxy but is in batery box so need time to open. thx for advice ill check asap

i solder signal vires on shunt and that solve problem- and my CBM monster have again correct CA
