Hi,
Just finished my 4th conversion with the Tongsheng TSDZ2 500w motor kit from PSW Power. I thought you may be interested to see it as I couldn't find any when I searched. I had bought 2 kits for me and the wife, originally fitted to our Boardman Team Hybrids which work really well but i decided to switch the kits to our Calibre Bossnut MTB's. It looked like a bit of an awkward fit at first due to the lack of chain stay triangles at the base of the seat tube which serves as a mounting point for the torque bracket and the large 14A battery mounting but both overcome with what ended up as a neat install.

Very clean install.

Props for the WTB Vigilante I run the same tire in the front and it has never let me down except the time recently it flatted, tubeless, 5 miles from home and I hadn't transferred my pump and rode it back. Pulled it off and inspected it and couldn't see any issues around the sidewall/bead, although I had a brand new spare, I decided to put it back on, added fresh sealant, it is holding air and rides just fine.

Hi there. i am currently fitting a TSDZ2 to a large frame Calibre Bossnut. I have an issue with the drive side chainstay swing arm coming into contact with the motor body when the rear suspension is compressed.

The most obvious solution would be to ad spacer to the drive side of the bottom bracket, but this then moves the chain line further away from the centre of the cassette and it already looks like it might be problematic without adding spacers.

How did you overcome this problem?

Kind regards.
