Can a BMS be used with lower voltage Pack?

Hi guys

I'm always modding my ebike, trying different voltage pack, configurations etc, problem is that i'm always buying different BMS's for it when i change the voltage. Is it possible to buy a17s BMS (for example ) and running it as a 13s BMS?

Not normally. But there are a few that offer some flexibility. If you have one, the instructions will cover configuration for different cell counts.
