Can Communication Sevcon Gen 4 Size 6 - Ixxat USB-to-Can

I´m trying to fix a problem. Some days ago, I was able to edit my .dcf, but meanwhile we were trying to use the accelerometer, our Ixxat started failing. Now, when we want to start communication with the Sevcon Gen 4 Size 6, a message saying "CAN has gone BUS-OFF" and some advice to do in this case. I don´t know what to do right now, I have tried to replace wiring and changing the baud rate, but nothing worked. Someone who can give me som advice? Thank u all.

If the ixxat is failing, you might check a couple of other recent ixxat threads where someone found a failure and was looking into fixing it.

Otherwise you'd need a new one.

If the bus failure is the sevcon, you'd have to fix or replace that.

Our Ixxat is working well, we've tried it with another node and it's working correctly, so we are nearly sure that that's not the problem. It might be something relationated to the wiring or, in the worsts of the cases, the controller. I've read the other threads but I can't find my problem. There are some which are interesting but nothing similar to this. I would be grateful if someone could help or know about the warning appearing on my screen.

May I ask something quite late.... I currently have the same problem as you did, with a Sevcon Gen4 Size6 controller.

It shows the same error as in your attachment. Maybe you could tell me if you were able to solve this?

Did you just buy a new one? Is there any other solution or information you might lend me? I'm from Spain btw, so if you want we can speak the same language.

Remove dvt and ixxat and reinstal drivers
