The vibration of ME1302 and Sevcon Gen 4 Size 6 at low speed

I am using the ME1302 and Sevcon Gen 4 Size 6. The motor runs normally when idle, but when the vehicle is placed on the ground and driven, the motor vibrates, especially at low speeds. It runs fine at higher speeds. I think it might be necessary to draw a higher current at the start and increase the initial torque. Can this issue be resolved with encoder sensing?
