I was surprised searching ES and not finding any detailed instructions on how to install front torque arms. I get the basics, put c washers in then torque arms BUT here's the thing, I read about spacers/washers and in my case I put them on the outside so the torque arm would line up with the fender hole leaving very little space for my nut. Now I want to get some of these Nord washers but with the washer taking up room I don't have space for it. Am I doing something wrong? I think this would be a useful post for ES as so many of us install torque arms and how important they are to install correctly. Like a nice step by step illustration showing everything. There's a lot of assuming going on, detailed instructions

Looks like what you have now is fine. Unless you have regen working that axle back and forth constantly, your nut should stay tight. If it doesn't, it's because of something like stripped threads.
