Can this 16S BMS run on 15S?

Hi, I have this BMS but I would like to use it with 15S lifepo4, I'm not sure whether I can do it, so I would appreciate you opinions and experience I haven't seen bms like this so far. It's this one from ebay:

Also, I don't see how it balances, no large resistors?

Sorry for digging up this old thread, but this is the only one bidirectional BMS I've ever seen for sell... and it is no more available on that site!
How/where do I find such BMSs, which use same connector for both charge and this charge? This is mandatory for a system which supports regenerative braking!

You can buy them on besttech, and I think that you can use regen with bms's that have dedicated charger/controller outputs.

regen goes back through the output mosfets and this BMS in the picture which is 20S would work on 15S and the balance shunt resistors are 82 ohms.
