Greetings E-bike Masters,
Very much an E-bike noob here on his first build, but hoping to contribute in the future. (Have pretty much read a good chunk of this whole forum, following the design of the controllers with mucho interest.)
Can anyone with a rear GM tell me whether there is a washer between their rear Golden Motor and the cassette?
I ordered mine without a rear wheel, and it came with a cassette, but during a test fit, I noticed that either the inner freewheel sprocket doodad does not have a big enough diameter, is not assembled correctly so that it is out far enough, or the GM hub flange has too much diameter. In other words it is going to scrape (or may not even be able to actually torque down correctly) when it is installed. Asking how others have theirs setup (or come from factory) so that there is correct mating between the surfaces.
Thanks

Edit: Ahhh wouldn't you know it, had searched the GM forums for this already, but tried again and found someone who had locked up their cassette with their motor. Turns out I need cassette washers!
