Looks awesome, and I was impressed right up to the "Almost no maintenance" statement.
Hydraulic brakes, exposed chain system using that thin little chain all high gear count bikes have to use, and running the motor power through it, An inverted fork with it's low exposed seals and low stanchions that can be scratched by everything.

I'd call that high maintenance.
