Yeah, but some killjoy LEO would feel obligated to charge the rider with assault with a deadly weapon if a pedestrian was within 50 feet or so ahead in a 90 degree or so arc.

(Is this the same "Drive Friendly" Dogman?)
 
Guess I should have smileys so you know I'm joking. I have felt like putting a nail on a stick on my bike at times. Pass me too close and SCREEEAAATCHH. I feel less nice when the mirror flicks my ear.
