I am looking to buy a decent BMS and charger for a diy build 13S 18650 pack.
I understand bestechpower make good BMS's but I'd rather order both together to save on shipping costs, and they don't sell chargers.
So my question is out of these two does anyone have any feedback regarding these chargers/BMSs:
