Has anyone dealt with Jason from Chargery recently ? My charger burned because apparently it can't be used in Power Supply mode with a BMS, and I sent it to Jason for repair some 2 months ago. I haven't heard from him since, and sent an e-mail about a week ago to check on the status... and no reply. Are they still in business, or I just lost $300 charger and another $80 shipping ?
