Charging 18650 Batteries as Singles , not packs

So I'm picking up some of these socalled "tactical Flashlights" that I think will really help shooting in the dark if they give anything close to the light they claim. Some come with batteries but probably not enough, since I'd want to shoot all night. I'm wondering about these little chargers. Since they're charging individually, there's nothing special about charging?

If you read the reviews on Amazon, I'm sure it would shock you to no end how people hate the Ultrafire batteries. (I think I remember some threads here about them.) Some others people seem to love, such as the Refun. Is there anything you really know about some of these? So many unknown brands.

Yeah I got and use those for torch lights.. I like the "universal" size charger ones most because those I also use 16340 as well etc and tend to differ in size/length a fair bit..
I have had various ones and they work.. I did kill one charger by just dropping it on my wood floor..
Because I am in AU I tend to be an Ebay person.. Here they are sorted with "buy it now only" and defaulted to "random best match"

When you charge flat terminal premium 18650s on some of these chargers you will need a Neodymium magnet on the top to work in the charger most of the time or at least reliably..

I think 6mm by 2mm is a good size.. here they are with out the 18650 sales pitch..

Well, the first flashlight came, I guess it's the same one as the picture, even the batteries look the same. I'm thinking of night shoots from the past it would have been great to have these for.

But the batteries are charging, the reviews really trash the chargers that come with them. If I was going to be shooting night after night that could be a problem. Does anyone have a way they charge singles for something besides their bike?

Bingo, thanks. This is light years ahead of what came with it. These charged overnight almost 12 hours and the light was still red. Battery out on my VOM so I couldn't test them before, but after they were only 3.9v. Turns out the charger only shows 4.1v.
