Chinese led acid battery 72v wiring throttle

I got my bike for a steel from somebody on let-go not long after it was stolen and just recently it was found and returned to me only thing is that the person hot-wired the bike in order to steal it and I've got to rewire the original pieces back together so that way I can get the bike running again I'm having a bit of a hard time finding someone to do the work or even someone to help
