Combine hiboy s2 pro bottom half, with ninebot es4 batteris and controller- will it work?

I am trying to use the top part of ninebot es4 , batteries and controller, combined eith hiboy s2 bottom, wheels and lights and motor. Not getting power to motor. What can i do to mske this work.
