Who can produce controller and Throttle like this for Brushless DC motor?

2. This is one way to do a step up from 48vdc to 120vdc-

and put phase rectifier bridge to Change it to dc.
but it too heavy (Almost 80kg) and cost 3049$.

There must be another way to do it, I don't need the sine Wave, so it also can be a lot weightless.

the link does not work.

i think the vectrix throttle is no good solution since it makes you use the throttle instead of the brake levers to slow down in most cases. in case the motor brake is not sufficient, you need to let go the throttle first and reach for the brake levers. which costs time you may not have if something surprisingly happens

a hall sensor attached to the rear brake lever works just fine. it can be linear type for variable regen power.

if you really want a vectrix throttle then by one from vectrix as a spare part.

The Vectrix controller and throttle don't fit to bldc motor, Vectrix controller uses an optical quadrature sine/cosine encoder, and has differential hall tracks.

I want to take advantage of the power of the motor to stop the motorcycle and thus charges the batteries and increase the driving range and save depreciation of the brakes.

Can I use only the vectrix throttle and fit it to bldc controller?

Who has the Wiring Diagram of the throttle VECTRIX‏?

that does not make sense. if the timing is optically encoded then it has no bearing on the regen. so i would expect just letting off the throttle would drop the throttle input to a low level that the controller uses to create regen. or maybe the throttle is turned backwards to force regen and uses a different ratiometric hall sensor.

is your old throttle just broken or is it lost?

I have a normal throttle, I'm looking for controller and Throttle like in Vectrix.

so you do not have an optically encoded motor and controller?

use the search function if you wanna find all the different mods people have done to make the controller go into regen. most just use a switch on a brake or have a button to turn on the regen in the controller but you have to wire it into the controller.

there are a lotta threads on it.

thought you had a vectrix.
