Controller settings C1 C2 C3...C12 what are they?

I'm messing around with my controller for the first time through the LCD display settings and i think
i messed a few things up.

There is like a "hidden" menu where i can change from C1 through C12 and for each of those 'C'
i can change a number (usually 0-3 sometimes higher) and i messed around with on of those C's
and it changed the LCD light brightness and the rest "did nothing" so i wanted to know what are
the rest because i was stupid enough to change some of them and now my wattage changed from
300w (stupid limit) to 50w (i messed around to solve the 300w limit intially and then everything went downhill from there).

Is there a way to reset the whole settings? nothing in the manual about this or about those C's...

If you can post a picture of the LCD and tell us what kind of controller you have it will help to assist you.

The controller is not branded, it's from a guy from AliExpress that you can custom order your controller (some china guy).
The motor is also, unbranded 1500w very heavy 7.8kg from china seller.

This is a photo of the LCD:

Top right: Main screen (big number on the left is power level which goes from 0 to 5 but for me it is constantly low power without change)
Bottom left: Settings screen (max speed is set at 72kph)
Bottom right: Settings screen (I can choose P1 up to P5 and change the numbers near the P's, some set to 40 some to 87...weird)
Top left: Settings screen (I can choose C1 up to C12 and the numbers beside the C's go usually from 0 to 1 which is king of an on and off switch
and sometimes up to 4 and one of the C's has a 'y' or 'n' and i don't know which one controls what except one of them changes the screen light brightness)
