Could i make a fast dirtbike with qs138 90h?

Could i theoretically make a fast dirt bike using the water cooled qs138 90h instead of the v3? Because i do not want extreme torque i want more speed and was wondering how fast could a qs138 90h non v3 motor spin with flux weakening and yes i will be running it at 96v nominal?

Yes, but you need small front sprocket and very big rear sprocket.
Zero does not have an internal gear.

i would most likely do that but i just want a little bit more top speed since i dont have much mountains or off road paths where i am, so a little top speed would be better
