"51 recovered coronavirus patients test positive again in South Korea

At least 51 patients diagnosed as having fully recovered from the coronavirus in South Korea have tested positive a second time after leaving quarantine, according to officials..."

Caught it, recovered, then caught a different mutation of the same? Or never really recovered to begin with.

Still trying to figure that one out myself.

Are you on some NY Post mailing list or something?

Not saying I dismiss it automatically, but really, that is **not** a trustworthy place to get news, especially with an international story where you can bypass the whole Trumpistas vs Antifa divisiveness.

Seems the story, now in its third day, only got picked up by a handful of outlets worldwide

none of them credible IMO

We need to start testing, then we will know. Have been hearing stories about people testing positive 2 weeks after recovering. Testing will show us what is going on. Testing is the answer.

What needs to happen is mass testing. Then, who knows, the gov't would keep that swab to have your dna on file.

You already gave it your fingerprints willingly by purchasing your last smartphone anyways.

I dont have a cell phone like that, I buy cheap cell phones.
I am concerned about the level of information apps have on my phone, after reading how google tracks you, and has publicly posted the info of covid-19 activity levels at various places all over the world.

Old Nokia phone, $50 shipped.
Linux based cell phones, $550usd

were the options I saw

People like you are so rare nowadays that they are likely to be the ones who will be closely monitored the old fashioned ways.

I am not that important to be monitored.

I think if I were to look into minimizing current cell phones Android version class (Nugget) programs.

Joe Rogan podcast had #1436 – Adam Curry which initially informed me of Linux based cell phones.

But maybe sandboxing Android programs is cheaper.

Fake news stories are the ones that make the news feed cycle.
To sell newspapers
To get clicks

"Healthy 20 year old dies of Coronavirus"
Yeah but that 20 year old had underlying health problems, asthma, fat & obese, high blood pressure.

In the USA, one underlying health problem is lack of insurance:

I don't know why people keep going on about the morbidity factors.

Most of us have them nowadays, if Covid-19 slaughters millions decades before we were going to die otherwise

isn't that just as much a catastrophe as if it were the only factor?

In the past week CT cases have tripled, deaths almost 4x.

No, not even 5% as trustworthy. You are allowing your "team" identification interfere with your grip on reality way too much.

In normal times fine, live in your cult-brainwashed bubble.

But people are encouraging negligence that is resulting in literal mass murder!

We really need to find solutions to our society's mass mental illness.
